Make sure to reach the production targets e.g. quality, delivery and cost of molding shop and assembly shop.
- Communicate with internal function teams for production issues to enable achieving customer requirements.
- Balance Moulding shop and Assembly resource ( people, capacity ect.).
- Monitor the key indicators of product and process quality to meet the customer requirements.
- Continuous improvement on labour efficiency, reduce waste and scrap.
- Plan and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work order close in time.
- Maintain system accuracy (Assembly/Molding).
- Build a strong team in manufacturing department to ensure department performance and sustain continuous development.
- Directly responsible for the overall safety in his or her responsible area.
- Lead HSE risk assessment and implement actions to continual improve HSE performance.
- Report and analyze all accidents and near misses and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions as required.
- Drive the team to ensure operation compliance with all HSE procedures.
- Being active in the promotion of the safety culture in the team.

**Requirements**:

- Motivate and develop people effectively.
- Good decision maker.
- Able to delegate tasks.
- Predict problem, good ability to find out the root cause and solve it, especially in injection molding area
- Be patient to communicate with different level of people before a certain action or decision has been taken. Good listener and objective.
- Good knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485 standards
- Knowledge and experience with lean tools
- In depth knowledge of injection molding process or assembly process
- Knowledge and experience with ISO14001, ISO45001 standards
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
- Capable of working with MS Office
- Knowledge and experience with quality tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
