Handyman

**Position: Handyman**
**Job details**

**Salary**: RM 2,000 - RM2,500 a month

1. Assist in the overall maintenance of the homestay properties.
2. Carry out routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
3. Attend and resolve any electrical, mechanical, or technical issues of the properties.
4. Monitor and supervise the 3rd party contractor’s maintenance or repair services.
5. Attend to residents and related parties’ complaints about the faulty issues.
6. Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
7. Perform maintenance activities in the properties like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC, and AC ducts.
8. Any other task assigned by the Operation Manager

**Requirements**:

- SPM leaver are welcome
- Hostel provided
- Fit and in good health
- Pleasant personality
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and whenever required
- Added advantage for experienced in maintenance jobs
- Possess own transportation car or motor (Preferable)
