Provide assistance to the Facilities Management department with general duties, including loading and unloading tasks.
- Support daily school operations by handling logistics, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Regularly monitor, track, inspect, and maintain work equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning according to the provided checklist or schedule.
- Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and asset labeling activities.
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas, ensuring storage spaces are organized, clean, and comply with school and hygiene regulations. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas organized, clean & tidy and in strict compliance with school regulations and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure store requisition forms are signed by authorized personnel collecting the goods and accurately record in the Inventory/Materials Management System.
- Responsible and arrange school venues before and after activities or events.
- Perform tasks as outlined in work orders.
- Conduct light maintenance and repairs on school furniture and assets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with 1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, recordkeeping, and general repair and maintenance.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills.
- Capable of following instructions and working independently.
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, proactivity, and adaptability to tasks assigned by the management team.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
