Business Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Promoting the formulation of the overall administrative capacity and strategy.
- Monitoring on office maintenance, printing and stationery control, staff refreshment, fixed assets control, company insurance, directors and company professional license.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Organising and coordinate activities or events throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- To take the lead in resolving unforeseen problems as they arise ensuring appropriate resolution of these and to utilize the learning to plan for future similar scenario.
- Providing monthly reporting to monitor administrative performance.
- Work closely with other functions to resolve operational issues and to continuously improve internal processes.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of working experience as a admin managers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Has a strong sense of achievement and urgency with forward-thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Mature and possess excellent communication, leadership and organizational skill.
- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
