**Job Scope**:
**New product Development**
- To assist the function to develop extension flavours and new products, including the processing procedures and techniques and product Specifications.
- Proactively initiating and following all R&D activities.

**Technical Support**
- To provide technical supports on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality
- To provide the technical support and training to Sales, Purchasing and Production / Manufacturing Dept.

**Administrative and Communication**
- To communicate with R&D staffs and various departments to tackle problems, to establish objectives and to co-ordinate new projects.
- To build consensus and facilitate change across organizational lines.
- Exceptionally analytical and strategic minded, combining excellent communications skills and the ability to serve as an effective project champion to internal and external stakeholders

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Biology, Science & Technology, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

**Required skill(s): R&D**
- Minimum 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in R & D of food & Beverage related industries
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
- Supervisory & Management skill.
- Relevant R&D experience in Flour and bakery industry
- Strong experience in Flour, Ingredients, Frozen Bakery, preferably the last one in Frozen Bakery.
- Must covered a leading role in R&D teams of well reputed companies.
- Leadership, Team working, communication skills.
