About the role

As a Quality Assurance Executive at Kingway Foods Industry Co', you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and safety of the company's food products. In this full-time position based in Alor Setar, Kedah, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control processes to meet industry standards and customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures and programs to monitor and improve product quality
  2. Conducting regular inspections, testing and audits of raw materials, production processes and finished goods to identify and address quality issues
  3. Analysing quality data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborating with production, engineering and R&D teams to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions

  5. Ensuring the company's products comply with all relevant food safety and quality regulations

  6. Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  2. Thorough understanding of quality control principles, food safety regulations and quality management systems
  3. Proficient in using quality monitoring and testing equipment
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing quality issues
