Responsibilities:

- 1) Involve in planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the operations of Quality Assurance department. 2) Co-operative work-team relations with internal customers such as Production, Planning, Logistics & Sales. 3) Develop, implement and improve quality management system and plans to ensure that the company’s products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations. 4) Ensure incoming materials, in-process and all finished products meet specified requirements. 5) Take full responsibility on warehouse’s 5S, continual improvement of company’s quality management system and approved procedures implementation. 6) Responsible to maintain equipment and inspection tools are been calibrated before used and all in good conditions. 7) Responsible to prepare result report and others quality control report/documentation. 8) To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time. 9) Ensure that customer complaints are investigated and resolved with the necessary corrective and preventive actions. 10) Serve as Quality Management Representative for the company with respect to ISO 9001 Certificate. 11) Monitor and review quality performance against company’s set objectives and take necessary action to advise process owners to strive for improvements. 12) Establish clearly defined quality standards and methods for process owners to apply. Job Requirement:

- 1) Possess bachelor’s degree or professional degree in relevant field 2) Experience possess 3-5 years working experience in in quality assurance management/function. 3) Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia. 4) Skill: - Possess ISO & and knowledge and able to prepare Quality Control report. - Competence in quality inspection, auditing and testing experience. - Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision. - Work effectively and efficiently in highly collaborative team environment. - Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. - Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

With technical support from both in-house and HRSB reliable partners, HRSB has acquired expertise in Project Management, Plant Maintenance, Turnaround Works, EPCC, Scaffolding Services & Training. HRSB management staff and key project direct/indirect supervisory personnel have over 5,000,000 man-hours of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry. In addition, based on current set-up & scope, for certain bigger projects, HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline crews for its plant maintenance, turnaround and EPCC projects. Over the years, we have grown from being a provider of mechanical and scaffolding services into a well diversified entity where in 2013, hence HRSB was awarded a 10 year long term Turnaround contract by Petronas Chemical Group Berhad (PCGB).
