QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Management, business or related field, Master's Degree or post Bachelor certificate and professional credentials

  • Minimum 8 years in IT support or operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Familiar with government sector projects or support systems for Pejabat Tanah.

  • Experience supporting web-based systems or client-server applications.

  • Understanding of data sensitivity and compliance in the public sector.

  • Ability to work with government stakeholders and understand user needs.

  • Very good leadership, interpersonal skills and good customer facing attitude

  • Self-motivated and can work well under pressure

  • Very good ability to adapt to change

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Executing the Rollout according to agreed scope and contractual commitment

· Ensure progress reporting within the defined tools (Milestones)

· Attend Project meetings and report progress to the top management

· Schedule and run weekly meetings with the service provider

· Ensure the agreed quality

· Day-to-day operative Rollout planning.

· Problem solving for all day to day related Rollout issues

· Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication

. Monitor and review service levels.

· Aim customer satisfaction

· Handle ad hoc task given by Superior
