The credit proposals should encompass analysis of financial statements, industry, economic data as well as identification and analysis of key risks and mitigations. - Propose to the credit committee appropriate credit ratings & recovery rates, using internal tools and Credit Analyst’s judgement - Perform portfolio reviews, periodic covenant checks, and security monitoring as required in line with approval conditions of respective files - Monitor clients’ credit evolution and alert management for any early warning signals, major events or material evolution - Presentation of credit proposals to credit committees - Ensure annual review/ transactions deadlines are met - Communicate reliably and professionally with both internal and external clients - Keep updated with the bank’s credit methodologies and policies. - Ensure the Front End of the Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) are updated accurately and timely in accordance with CCRIS guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia **Requirements**: - Possess a recognized degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Economic/ Business - Certified Credit Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst holders or other Professional Accounting/ Risk qualification would be a definite advantage - Good command of written and spoken English - Takes initiative and is results driven - Strong decision making and analytical skills - Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence - Strong team player - Client focused and commercial thinking **Primary Location**: MY-14-Kuala Lumpur **Job Type**: Standard / Permanent **Job**: RISKS **Education Level***: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) **Experience Level***: At least 1 year
