Set Goals
- Develop company market share and profitability through customer’s operations across the network.
- Develop and implement the sales action plan by aligning to the customer expectation.
- Review company performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer.Build action plan
- Plan and monitor growth with the dedicated network sales team aligned with customers flows.
- Optimize sales awareness and development.
- Lead direct actions with identified customer’s interlocutors.
- Plan weekly/monthly meeting to pilot growth and sales activities.Coach and Manage Project / Program
- Communicate with Customer, Supply Chain and Logistics teams and managing directors/managers.
- Implement the strategy for assigned perimeter.
- Focus on operations optimization. Customer Management
- Ensure customer expectations and demands are being achieved in line with agreed contract and KPI requirements.
- Ensure regular cycle count is conducted in line with customer contract expectations.
- Review all operational processes and customer’s expectation to gain maximum efficiencies within the warehouse operation.
- Propose sale’s standpoint of logistic solutions for existing and potential customers.
- Ensure that productivity is maintained to maximize profit on files and exact costs.
- Carry out implementation for new logistics clients including project management.
- Secure approved/preferred vendor status from Key account.
- Consolidate and update customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation) and company performances. Documents and Reports
- Enter reports and customer update into relevant system
- Ensure all data entry are done timely
- Maintain and update records in customer’s software system QHSE Compliance
- Development and training of your team in-conjunction with QHSE training program.
- Managing QSHE program for the logistics site including reporting / auditing and system compliance.
- Overseeing the warehouse and ensure that the company’s standards and procedures are being met and followed.
- Comply with all BL QHSE Integrated Management System policies and procedures.
- Support all company QHSE promotions and initiatives.
- Keep informed all QHSE information provided by the company in accordance with any legislation, code of practice and guidelines and liaise as necessary with the relevant government departments and private bodies.
- Immediately, in the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your senior Manager or Supervisor.
- Report to your senior Manager or Supervisor any hazard or potential hazard to which any person is, or might be, exposed to at the workplace. Specific Activities
