- Follow up/ meeting client and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer's needs.
- Coordinate with sales, and installation teams
- Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and best practices in interior design.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and project managers.
- Presenting ideas and concepts to clients according to requirements and budget.
- Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Manage site progress and arrangement.
- Able to handle multiple on-going projects at the same time executing design amendments, drawing plans to meet clients expectation
- Always love exploring new design ideas, concepts based on clients need and requirement yet practical used in lifestyle.
- Work on customers' requirements to meet their expectations
- Coordinate with suppliers / vendors and oversee project sites
- Handle sales enquiries.
- Responsible to conceptualize and develop designs into drawings.
- Responsible in preparing drawing, sales quotations, process sales orders and other related documentation works.
- Responsible in closing sales and meeting sales target.
- Cold calling customer and follow ups.
- To manage any task assigned by the Management.

**Requirement**:
1) Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field.

2) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior design (preferred).

3) Good communication and interpersonal skills

4) Competent in AutoCAD, Adobe photoshop, Sketchup and illustrator, rendering software and Microsoft Office.

5) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

6) Able to produce conceptual design & working drawings.

7) Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites if needed.

8) Hardworking & willingness to try new things.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
