**Job Description & Job Details**

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500 + Travel Allowance
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday (Off day: Monday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Lot 819-C, Kampung Jambu, Jalan Kampung Rambutan Rendang, 15400 Kota Bharu, Kelantan

1) Design and develop 2D and 3D concepts for interior projects and product lines
2) Improve and update existing designs to enhance functionality and aesthetics
3) Use CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create detailed layout plans and visuals
4) Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgets
5) Conduct site visits for measurements and spatial assessments
6) Propose and recommend suitable materials, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
7) Prepare and present design proposals and cost estimates to clients
8) Maintain good communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals
9) Ensure all design documentation is accurate and up-to-date
10) Visualize and customize interior solutions that align with client expectations

**Preferred Qualifications**

1) Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2) Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools
3) Strong creative and visualization skills
4) Excellent communication and presentation abilities
5) Ability to manage time, client expectations, and project deadlines
6) Experience in site measurement and material selection is an added advantage
