Accurately receive, process, and record various payment types including cash, credit/debit cards, cheques, and online transfers.
- Manage and reconcile student accounts, including tuition fees, deposits, and other payments.
- Issue official receipts for all transactions, including those processed through the cashier counter and payments made via the institution's website.
- Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and accountability.
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports, ensuring all financial records are complete, filed, and audit ready.
- Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, and internal departments by providing accurate information and timely assistance regarding payment matters.
- Maintain compliance with institutional financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Student Services and Accounts to resolve payment discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives.

**Job Competencies**
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role involving cashiering or financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
