You will represent the brand by delivering personalized, excellent customer service and supporting the overall buying process, all while building strong relationships with customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the company’s rules and regulations at all times to uphold the brand’s image and high standards.
- Greet and engage with customers in all matters, including responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about products and services.
- Coordinate scheduled sales and promotional activities with the team to ensure sales targets and purchase budgets are met.
- Assist with telemarketing efforts, including cold calling from the customer database, to maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
- Maintain records of new merchandise in the stock card as required.
- Receive incoming stock transfers and assist with the monthly stock take.
- Ensure all customer requests for item cutting and servicing are properly documented and approved by a superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Preferably **1-2 years of relevant experience** in the watch retail industry or a similar field. However, fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Possess strong knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing, and customer service.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays (retail hours).
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
