- Membantu penyelia dalam hal ehwal kedai
- Menyampaikan kebajikan yang disampaikan oleh jabatan di atasnya kepada seluruh bawahan dan group.
- Mengatur kelompok kerja pada group yang dipegangnya.
- Memberi _briefing _setiap pagi dan mendengar permasalahan pekerja
- Pastikan pekerja mengikut peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
- Memecahkan masalah sehari hari yang rutin
- Memberikan training kepada pekerja.
- Memimpin dan memotivasi pekerja bawahan.
- Planning ,merencanakan kegiatan yang menjadi tugasannya
- Memantau kedai dan pekerja agar berjalan lancar.
- Membantu menaikan jualan kedai supaya capai target.
- Memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk kepada pelanggan
- Dapatkan pelanggan untuk syarikat dan dapat ganjaran
- Melakukan pemasaran secara offline.
- Membuat jualan mengikut target yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
- Membuat stock request untuk kedai setiap minggu.
- Menyusun atur stock kedai, menjaga kekemasan dan kebersihan kedaisetiap hari
- Membantu serta melayan pelanggan yang hadir.
- Memastikan stock barang sentiasa penuh di gondola.
- Boleh berkomunikasi baik dengan pelanggan

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

- Sungai Besi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
