**About you**:
Although you do not need any experience in recruitment specifically or in Networking, we do look for the following:

- A background in a customer-facing role, preferably sales-based or sporting background.
- You are hardworking, resilient, and sociable
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training.
- Competitiveness (with yourself and others) with the ability to work to targets.
- Money motivated
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Desire to be a part of a collaborative, hard-working, and fun culture with other top performers
