**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant at TAC. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and expanding TAC's market presence and portfolio.

**Qualifications**

Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing and recruitment, or a related field.

Demonstrated understanding of the manpower services industry and related regulations in Malaysia.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and job seekers.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and cultivate relationships with clients and partners.

Fluent in spoken and written English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.

Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred: Indian female

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
