About the Role

We are looking for a driven
Recruitment Consultant / Senior
to join our growing team. This role requires an all-rounded recruiter who can manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, from business development to candidate placement. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while building strong, lasting relationships with top talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    full recruitment lifecycle
    – from client acquisition and job briefing to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop new business
    opportunities through proactive client engagement, networking, and market research.
  • You will be a specialist recruiter in a particular function and industry. E.g Tech, Finance, FMCG Sales, etc.
  • Region of coverage includes Malaysia and roles across APAC. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and talent needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and databases).
  • Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., placements, revenue, or activity metrics).
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the recruitment system/CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or other fields.
  • At least 1–3 years
    of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales roles.
  • Proven ability to manage both
    client relationships
    and
    candidate pipelines
    effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a consultative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
