This Senior Product Consultant is a client-facing specialist responsible for turning complex talent-optimisation requirements into successful platform deployments. You will lead discovery workshops, design and configure implementations, and guide clients—from large enterprises to public-sector organisations—through adoption and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with Sales during pre-sales and with Customer Success post-go-live, you will ensure every engagement delivers measurable business value while feeding insights back into the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Discovery & Design

  • Lead deep-dive workshops to understand requirements, challenges, and success metrics.
  • Translate insights into tailored solution designs, demos, and proof-of-concepts.

Implementation, Onboarding & Collaboration

  • Drive project kick-offs, configure the platform, and coordinate technical integrations (HRIS, ATS, LMS).
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop training plans and adoption strategies that deliver early impact.

Product Expertise & Advisory

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on platform features such as assessments, skills frameworks, and analytics dashboards.
  • Advise clients on best practices in talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce analytics.

Business Development & Pre-Sales Support

  • Support Sales in discovery calls, RFP responses, and customised product demonstrations.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities and relay them to Sales and Customer Success.

Client Relationship & Success

  • Monitor usage and performance metrics; recommend optimisation actions to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver executive business reviews highlighting ROI, driving renewals and expansions.

Feedback Loop & Product Influence

  • Capture client feedback and market trends and share structured insights with Product and Engineering.
  • Advocate for enhancements that improve scalability, usability, and market competitiveness.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Produce solution designs, configuration documentation, handover packs, and status reports.

Mentorship & Best Practices

  • Mentor junior consultants and share frameworks, methodologies, and domain expertise.
  • Contribute to playbooks and best-practice guides that lift delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in product consulting, solutions consulting, or HR-tech consulting with a strong track record of SaaS deployments.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience configuring or integrating SaaS platforms (APIs, SSO, HRIS, ATS, LMS).
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments or skills frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to support pre-sales activities and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and qualitative input into actionable plans.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client engagements.
