What will the role involve?

You'll join an industry-focused team and build a niche
6x6 specialisation
— our proven model for developing deep sector expertise and driving revenue growth.

You'll manage a full
360° desk
with autonomy and support to grow your own portfolio:

  • Develop and manage your client base within your specialisations / industries
  • Negotiate terms and secure new client agreements
  • Lead end to end recruitment, including headhunting, market mapping, and sourcing top-tier talent
  • Build a strong niche and become a trusted market specialist
