About the role

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who is passionate about expanding his/her knowledge and recruitment skills throughout Southeast Asia with the initiative and independence.

Position: Sr. Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:


• Be the interface with the client, understand the job requirements of the assignments.


• Analyze and design search strategies according to the features of the assignments.


• Select and explore search channels, identify target candidates, and tap into candidate resources.


• Communicate and evaluate candidates according to the selection criteria and brief candidates on the opportunities offered, prepare candidate reports and make recommendations to clients.


• Follow up the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and beyond - tracking of interview process, make changes on timely manner, and ensure the closure of positions.


• Conduct candidate onboarding briefing, periodic touch base to ensure their adaptation and development.


• Maintain the good relationship with the clients.

Requirements:


• University or college degree or equivalent.


• At least 3 years recruitment experience.


• Strong interest in the communication with people.


• Good oral and written in English, proficient in Mandarin would be a plus.


• Enjoy target-oriented tasks, have strong sense of responsibility, a self-starter, willing to learn new things and take on new challenges, be able to take pressure.
