Join our dynamic team at Dynamic Human Capital, part of Elitez Group of Companies (EGC) and make an impact in healthcare recruitment

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Kuala Lumpur office, supporting the sourcing and placement of healthcare professionals for our clients in Singapore.

In this role, you will partner closely with our Singapore team to identify, engage, and attract top healthcare talent across various functions including Administrative, Ancillary (Customer service), nursing and allied health.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate engagement including initial interviews, job matching, and interview coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring healthcare roles.
  • Support the Singapore recruitment team in meeting hiring needs and client service levels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, healthcare hiring demands, and competitive talent landscape.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of recruitment activities in the internal database.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare will be an advantage.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
