About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
RPO Recruitment Consultant
to join our expanding team in
Kuala Lumpur
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
mass recruitment
and will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end talent solutions to our regional clients. You will work closely with our
Business Director in Shanghai
to support multiple hiring projects across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Execute
    high-volume (mass)
    recruitment projects efficiently within tight timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, referrals, and social recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and uphold employer branding throughout the hiring process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams and provide market insights to optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
    , preferably within
    RPO, agency, or in-house talent acquisition
    settings.
  • Proven track record in
    mass hiring or volume recruitment
    .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels and cultures.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional collaboration).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
