Recruiter (RPO) - Opportunity to work in Singapore

Summary

You will be joining PERSOL as Recruiter to support one of our RPO projects within the Tech space. In this role, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead at our client's office on-site. This is a yearly renewable contract position.

Responsibilities:


• Sourcing Tech candidates through job posting, search and networking.


• Perform screening to assess candidates' suitability.


• Stakeholder management of client stakeholders, predominantly Internal Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.


• Coordinate interview.


• Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service.


• Completing all candidate and client information on database system, generate report as and when required.


• Ensuring all information is kept up to date.

What We Are Looking For


• 1 year' proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment inhouse/agency.


• Good communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.


• A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
