What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through networking, advertising, and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client briefing, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an executive search or recruitment agency
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-calibre candidates across a range of industries and seniority levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex recruitment processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth
  • Proficient in the use of recruitment technology and data analysis to inform decision-making
