1. Need to do shift work/overtime.
2. Lead a group of operators to meet departmental targets and objective.
3. Plan and schedule work for his or her operation to ensure efficiently use of workforce to meet company quality, cost and delivery goal.
4. Ensure all completed jobs meet customer’s expectation like, delivery, quality and specification.
5. Require supervising, directing and training a group of workforce under his or her organization.
6. Ensure there are production spares, tooling, fixtures and plant supplies available at all times to support production.
7. Ensure that there are enough raw stock supplies to support production.
8. Require keeping essential data, preparing monthly reports for management.
9. To maintenance good workplace organization and housekeeping.
10. Need to perform minor machine maintenance and understand of equipment function to ensure efficiently production operation.
11. Need to help operators on machine parameter set-up to meet job order.
12. Use of measuring instrument to aid in manufacture parts to meet manufacturing specification.
13. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
