About the role

Ideatect Concept seeks an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations at our project site in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As the Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of our construction projects by managing and coordinating the work of our on-site teams. What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and company policies
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, discuss challenges, and implement solutions
  • Oversee the proper storage and usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Provide on-site training and guidance to construction workers to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges on-site
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions
