About the role

As a Site Supervisor at EK HITEC CORPORATION SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities at our project site in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of all construction works.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other onsite personnel to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
  2. Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise
  3. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status, address concerns, and implement solutions
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all construction activities, including timesheets, material usage, and quality control measures
  6. Provide on-site training and support to construction workers to enhance their skills and productivity
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to construction processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreman in the construction industry
  2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  4. Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of construction workers
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  6. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
  7. Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
  8. Valid driving license and willingness to work at the construction site
