Digitalization and Automation Support Lead

As the support lead, you will need to ensure the stability, availability, efficiency &
effectiveness of the platforms use. You will need to have experience in ITIL 3 or above &
hands on experience in support digitalization & automation tools such as UIPath, Outsystem or both.

**Key responsibilities**:

1. Leading a team managing level 1, 2 & 3 to monitor, detect & resolve service &
incidents across countries which the tools supports

2. Takes ownership & hands on service, incident & problem identification & resolution

3. Ensuring systems, procedures & methodologies are in place to support outstanding

service delivery

4. Excelling in meeting the Service Level Agreement

5. Recommending methods of improvements & seeing that actions are implemented on

time for upgrades

6. Provide accurate & regular reports to management on service delivery performance

7. Collaborate with technical team to set standards for software, hardware & security

8. Ensuring updates, upgrades, patches, etc are applied effectively & promptly

9. Managing audit cycles & findings for the supported platforms & processes

**Skillsets required for the role**:
1. Required knowledge on infrastructure configuration and setup

2. Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

3. Ability to adhere to regulations and standards

4. Team Player and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment

5. Knowledge in UiPath and OutSystems platform maintenance are recommended

7. ITIL 3 or above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
