**Job Requirements**
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Business/Marketing
- At least 3 year working experience in related roles.
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with SEO and LinkedIn Campaigns
- Creative, Analytical Thinking, and Teamwork skills
- Good Communication Skill
- Verbal and written communication
- Computer and IT proficiency

**Responsibilities**:

- To update monthly the metrics to the Marketing KPI table
- To make sure all the marketing campaigns/ activities carry out are moving towards to achieve the KPI set.
- Aware with the current media and industry trends to develop engaging marketing content and techniques in social media
- Build marketing programs (it can be online & offline) to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments
- Work closely with third party marketing agencies/ government on related programme, manage the engaged campaigns well and ensure timely and quality implementation with appropriate budget.
- To provide leads (MQL) that come from different channels to Sales Team.
- To provide monthly/ quarterly/ annual analysis report for each platform spend with ROI for management review.
- Carry out CEO’s talk (in future can have Manager’s talk) quarterly to align the employees with company’s core values and to enhance the feeling of togetherness.
- Conduct market research (can be in any forms for instance customer visit, attending exhibition/ specific industries talk, aware to the latest news and more) & work closely with Sales Team to determine market requirements for current products of different industries.
- Discuss the information gather with Sales Team & Production Team to make sure internal improvement can be enhanced to cater with the market requirements.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
