Key Responsibilities:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces as directed by senior chefs.
- **Cooking Support**: Cook basic dishes and support the chefs with specific tasks during service hours.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and food storage.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all prepared food meets quality standards before it leaves the kitchen.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies, and report inventory needs.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- **Learning and Development**: Show initiative in learning new cooking techniques, dishes, and kitchen operations under the guidance of senior chefs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Culinary training or relevant experience in food preparation.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to learn.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
