IT Support

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to office and retail outlets for hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, printers, scanners, and other retail technology.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups and security patches.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and systems for retail stores.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations and support activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support services.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
