- Actively participate in preparing coffee, beverages, and food, ensuring quality standards.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records for inventory, sales, and staff hours.
- Conduct stock takes, manage inventory levels, place orders, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor staff performance, analyze store metrics, and implement improvements.
- Work with the Operations Manager to align store operations with company goals and report challenges.
- Provide monthly updates to HQ on store performance and collaborate on solutions for issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a retail or food service management role, with experience in supervising staff and managing store operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in cash management, staff training, beverage and food preparation, and inventory control.
- Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent required.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, team development, and adherence to SOPs.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
