We are looking for a, highly enthusiastic and energetic **Store Manager** to manage the store and assist with the growth and success of Boost Juice.
- **Responsibilities**:_

Managing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales. Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the financial performance of the store.
- Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs.
- Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Stock handling and ordering, inventory counting, and managing Cost of Goods
- Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales
- Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs
- Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager and staff from the Support Centre Responsible for sales pattern
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Work professionally - with a personal touch
- **Requirements**:_
- Experience in F&B min 2 Years as Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent spoken English essential
- Ability to build, lead & manage a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales
- Retail and/or hospitality experience with management of teams (or relevant field)
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store
- Responsible, energetic, honest, punctual to work and co-operation
- Preferably Supervisors / Managers specializing in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
