We are looking for people with Retail, Public Listed, Multinational Corporation/Company (MNC), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCF) or Service Industry and preferably managers specializing in the said sector. '¢ Responsible in the full spectrum of operations, coaching and inspiring the team in achieving the Store productivity goals, manage the store operations, loss preventions, make decisions that directly affect stores performances and profitability and ensure that all aspects of sales and operational matters is reported to the Head of Operations. '¢ Establish plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the Head of Operations to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results. '¢ Ensures that sales target are exceeded, customer services is at its highest level and the store image is impeccable. '¢ Accountable in ensuring that product or merchandise is displayed according to the Company guidelines, promotional activities and seasonal trends together with the Store visual team. '¢ Lead, guide, train and develop strong, service oriented teams and ensure high degree of customer satisfaction. '¢ Responsible for the safety and security at the Stores, and ensuring that all employees adhere to the rules and SOP's of the Company. '¢ Demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity, profitability and by analyzing sales reports and taking action accordingly. '¢ Actively involved in generating proposals, ideas and identifies any relevant off site areas, for promotions sales, warehouse sales and etc that brings the Stores revenue. '¢ Good communication in Japanese & Mandarin is an added advantage.
