- Maintaining in-house BIM-Tekla Handbook for compliance.
- Coordinate with IT department and external BIM software providers for BIM-Tekla troubleshooting, upgrading and new implementation.
- Acting as the intermediary between EP and external stakeholders such as main-contractor, consultant, other sub-contractors for BIM-Tekla matters.
- In future, leveraging LOD 400 model to maximize its benefits for other EP internal stakeholders such as engineers, QS, Finance, Marketing, Project Coordinator, factory, etc.
