**Business Development Specialist (BIM & AEC Industry)**
**Location**: Remote / Singapore
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Notice Period**: Immediate / 15 days / 30 days
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research organizations and prospects to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Manage inbound lead flow, qualify leads, and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain warm lead campaigns to ensure consistent pipeline.
- Generate leads from the staffing industry and close projects successfully.
- Work on manpower outsourcing and deployment projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, guidance, and solutions.
- Set up client meetings, present proposals, and handle negotiations.
- Create regular sales reports, forecasts, and financial updates.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and better results.
- Collect client feedback and share insights with the team for improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the **staffing industry** (mandatory).
- Expertise in **lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end client management**.
- Strong experience in manpower deployment projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to prepare branded presentations (PPTs) and deliver impactful client presentations.
- Fast learner, quick thinker, and adaptable in competitive environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Leadership and team management experience is an added advantage.
