Job description :
As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of businesses by executing transformative brand strategies, leading omni-channel marketing efforts, and building effective ecosystems. You will lead initiatives to scale businesses locally and internationally while driving operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for business development activities, managing client relationships, and guiding internal and external teams to achieve strategic goals. The Senior Business Development Specialist will be involved in cold calling as a key method of outreach to generate leads and foster client relationships, especially during the early stages of engagement.
Qualification :
-Very good English speaker, deal with client decision maker such as CMO or CTO, or CEO
-Proven experience in business development, brand transformation, and omni-channel marketing.
Cold Calling Experience: Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and initial client engagement.
Experience in event curation and production, including speaker acquisition, RSVP management, and event logistics.
A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
