Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a **Business Development Specialist**who will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our technology solutions in the Malaysian market. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the tech space. While prior experience in technology is not mandatory, a strong background in **business development** and **sales** is required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients within the technology industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **business development** or **sales** (1-3 years) in any industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose solutions.
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of the technology or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a bonus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
