To commission and maintain current hosted infrastructure on-prem and cloud
- Attend and resolve any system related issues
- Timely escalation of complex issues according to service level objectives
- To participate in the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of complementary tools & solutions to strengthen current infrastructure performances and efficiency.
- To enhance and maintain Disaster Recovery procedures for existing and new systems.
- To perform day-to-day operations, backup operation, system administration, tuning and capacity management of current infrastructure on-prem and cloud to ensure good performance and healthy.

Qualification:
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (Optional)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encourages to apply.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft 365, Windows OS
Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Ability to build good relationship with internal and external parties.
Willing to travel as and when needed (within Klang Valley).
Have good understanding of systems and networks.
Knowledge and hands on experience in IT troubleshooting (Windows server, Active Directory, Security solutions) will be added advantage.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
