Job Description： ・ Check stocks & issuing D/O (Ensure VX process is done) & master the the company RAS system to improve service level. ・ Key in all back orders and update to customers from time to time ・ Preparing customer order forms ・ Ordering stock (Ad-hoc) for customers from GAM stock or global stock ・ Handling enquiries & prepare quotations on timely manners ・ Follow up quotations and feedback to Sales team ・ Sourcing bearings from company RAS GR for urgent inquiries ・ Satisfy customers enquiry & handling any problems/ complains ・ Conversion of competitors’ part no to the company ・ Working as a team among other CS members and close communication within inter dept (Sales, BCL, Marketing etc) **Requirements**: - Education Background: SPM & above in any field - Years of experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service/Sales Support in similar industry **Benefits**: ・Medical Leave 14 days/year ・Annual Leave 14 days/year ・Medical claim RM2,000/year (single), RM3,000/year (married) ・EPF Company pay 16% ・SOCSO Company pay as per regulation ・Employee Health Insurance Per position entitlement (Term Life & Hospitalisation) ・Company handphone Additional Information: Company Industry: Manufacturing Working Location: Subang Jaya Working hours: Monday - Friday Click on "APPLY NOW”, if you are interest in this position. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Subang Jaya (required)
