(Sales) Onboarding Specialist

o Execute on-site visits to merchants for hands-on support during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and customize onboarding strategies accordingly.
- Conduct in-person training sessions for merchants on product usage, system integration, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues on-site to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to relay feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Specialize in the technical aspects of onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of our products with the merchant's existing systems.
- Work closely with the offsite onboarding specialist to provide technical guidance during the onboarding phase.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants post-onboarding, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Proactively monitor merchant accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide continuous value.
- Collaborate with the tech teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to incorporate into training materials.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, iterating on content as needed.
- Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- Diploma and above in Business/Public relation/Mass communication
- Fresh graduate
- Tech-savvy
- Possess fluent usage of microsoft and google

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
