**Primary Objective**:

- Being a strategic partner to businesses to manage recovery planning documentations and processes, including annual review process based on BNM policy
- Formulate plan, monitor timeline and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete recovery planning process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Key co-ordinator to Recovery Planning project, and moving forward business-as-usual (including managing stakeholders) on annual basis who will be responsible for overall completion of project according to agreed timeline
- Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory governance and guidelines while executing or oversight on various tasks in relation to the project.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalate for resolution when necessary.
- Channel of communication of decision & actions to/from Steering and working committee
- Undertake tasks assigned from time to time in relation to completion of project and BAUs.
- Provide guidance & key decision-making as required, monitor & review the project, including but not restricted to
- Set direction on the project implementation approach and methodology, with recommendations from corresponding Project Working Group
- Integration of RRP in existing business strategy, risk framework & policies & BAU processes to provide an overarching “playbook” that is developed, maintained & executed (when necessary) to manage severe stress events
- Serve as central point for escalation for risk/issues for the development of RP and completion of the BNM RP reporting templates
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or professional accounting qualification
- More than 8 years working experiences
- Team leader and preferably experienced in project management
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and work well with a team
- Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good Ms Office skills (Excel, Words, Power Points)
