Role and ResponsibilitiesOverall responsible for planning, and executing the company’s warehouse operational activities, including close coordination amongst procurement and pre-sales team, in ensuring warehouse is properly maintained and operated (in adherence to SOPs including safety), tracked, stocked and inventorized, and pre-emptively prepared for all stock movement (planned and ad-hoc), as well as assisting team leader in guiding and mentoring of the junior members, to effectively fulfill project deliveries that meet schedule, budget and specifications. Detailed activities include:

- Ensure warehouse operations are performed in an efficient and effective manner within deadline, in adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Ensure all stocks are properly labeled with company’s SKU to support ease of storage, retrieval and tracking, and also enforce proper documentations for all stocks movement, including preparing, cross-checking and verifying incoming and outgoing goods with corresponding documents to maintain stock accuracy and no delays in deliveries.
- Work with Quality Control team to ensure all incoming stock meets the company’s quality tolerance before storage.
- Manage the overall maintenance, cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, as well as pre-emptive maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment and tools to ensure high degree of operational readiness.
- Perform periodic (quarterly) stocktaking exercise to verify the stock accuracy between physical versus system and to report the variances.

Position Requirements
- Experience and Education: minimum 5 years working experience in managing warehouse in similar industry, with at least a STPM or Diploma (or equivalent) in any general business majors.
- Language: proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written); Mandarin (basic oral) would be an added advantage.
- Travel requirement: not required
- IT Literacy and relevant skills: familiar with Microsoft office, familiar with SAP Business One, attended any sort of training in warehouse management, able to operate forklift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
