**Role Overview**:
Admin Assistant supports the office by performing various administrative duties and ensuring smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Filing**: Accurately enter data into office systems and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare quotations, purchase list & record, inventory reports, and correspondence.
- **Record Keeping**: Update records and documents, ensuring data tally with inventory
- **Office Support**: Assist general office administrative tasks, including organising office supplies and other clerical task(s) if require
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff for routine office-related queries.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well Organizational and time-management skills.
- Good Attention on Details.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- High school graduate or equivalent; some positions may require additional administrative or clerical training.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is often preferred but not required.
