**Job designation/title**:Retail Sales Assistant, Non-Executive.

**Working hours**:45 hours per week.

**Working days**:4-6 (Flexible and negotiable).

**Working time**: Morning shift; 9.15 am - 6.30 pm & Noon shift; 1.15 pm - 10.15 pm.

**Contract or permanent**:Permanent.

**Starting date**:Immediate/Mid - End of Feb.

**Reporting to**:Dan Brannigan/James Bradley.

**Salary range**:Basic salary of RM 2000 - RM 2500.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and provide customers with our services and assistance.
- Address customer service issues such as concerns, queries, or complaints confidently.
- Process sales and purchase transactions on the POS (Point of Sale).
- Examine, evaluate, and test all stock bought in as per purchase SOPs.
- Ensure the store and its inventory are always neat, clean, and organized.
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced.
- Take stock and reorganize merchandise as needed.
- Provide product knowledge to customers.
- Adhere to and follow all store policies, systems, and procedures.

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Able to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Experience and passion in consumer and gaming electronics is an added advantage.
- Team player and eager to develop and grow in the retail industry.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
