The Due Diligence Associate(TRAC) will be responsible for producing high quality due diligence content for clients of various sectors, with the following key responsibilities:

- Responsible for understanding FCPA/UK Anti-bribery Act and ESG concepts to request appropriate follow-up on relevant issues and evaluation of the information obtained to ensure it meets product requirements.
- Manages multiple files and is responsible for ongoing correspondence with the 3rd party/supplier
- Must maintain sanction database screenings on individual and company names, analyze the results and then send appropriate follow-up requests to the 3rd party/supplier.
- Expected to produce high quality professional reports within the anticipated cycle times.
- Utilize foreign language skills to provide translations in support of Tproducts and projects, review materials prepared in other languages and assist other associates with files requiring their language skills.
- Excellent customer service, detail-oriented, organization, time management and troubleshooting skills required.
- Self-motivated and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication and collaboration to include:

- Excellent customer interface and communication skills - ability to participate in team based activities
- Solution-oriented, not problem focused
- Interacts with people openly and directly, while maintaining focus on driving results
- Conducts difficult conversations in a calm and positive manner that focuses on facts, client needs

**Qualifications**:

- _**Complete Fluency in English as well as fluency in one of the following languages: Chinese (writing, speaking, listening, and reading) preferred.**_
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years’ experience with MS Word and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
