Cashier (Based at 1 Utama Shopping Centre)

Collects payments by accepting cash from customers; making change for cash customers
- Verifies credit acceptance by operating credit card authorization system
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
- Provides pricing information by answering questions.
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures
- Scans goods and collects payments
- Issues receipts
- Resolves customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greets customers when entering or leaving establishments
- Maintains clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keeps reports of transactions
- Bags, boxes or wraps packages
- Pleasantly deals with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assists in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise items and marking prices (when available to help)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,130.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Cashier: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
