**JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY**:

- Work alongside with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects for the company.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce and present our product to the masses.
- Ad hoc tasks may be assigned by management from time to time.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for overall media production including photography, videography and video editing.
- Strong Effort in making it happen and always a problem solver. Proposed smart solutions when issues arise.
- Manage Locations, Talents, Accomodation and Transportation for video shooting.
- Manage Shooting Budget and ensure its within budget.
- Communicating with the marketing department for creating new content.
- Planning and executing product and lifestyle shoots (indoor and outdoor for videos and stills).
- Communicating with the media buying department for launching videos to be tested.
- Frequently brainstorming ideas for newer ways of advertising the same products and services.
- Determine the best method of completing tasks that fall within the scope of normal responsibilities.

**; Requirements**: - A. Formal Qualification
- BA/BSc/Professional Diploma in Broadcasting, Film Studies/Cinematic Arts, Advertising/Media, Mass Com., Production, or related fields.

B. Knowledge
- Video Editing (Adobe Premier Pro) and Photo Editing (Adobe Photoshop) or other video editing software.
- Solid Videography and Photography skills.
- Familiarity with professional cameras and equipment.
- Strong Work Ethics (productivity, responsibility, accountability).
- English language fluency (for all communication purposes).
- Fast Learner (we constantly learn and implement more improved methods).
- Past experience in making digital advertisements/video production for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube) or working for an eCommerce business/Agency.

C. Skills
- Extra Software Knowledge (Lightroom/After Effects).
- Experienced in creating 3D model / animation is an added advantage.
