1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
2. Identify and target potential clients for video production, event production, and digital marketing solutions, including conducting market research and competitor analysis.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure K Production remains competitive in the market.
8. Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a sales and marketing manager in the video production, event production, or digital marketing industry.
2. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to drive revenue growth.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in video production, event production, and digital marketing.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data to make informed business decisions.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
8. Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales and marketing team.
9. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
10. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
11. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
12. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
13. Strong organizational and planning skills.
14. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
15. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
17. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

**Salary**: RM7,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
